Landlord's Electrical Report

A formal Electrical Installation Condition Report (E I C R) in Putney costs £180.00 all inclusive

The E I C R is a 7 page document issued after inspecting and testing is completed. It is often requested by Estate Agents from Landlords, by Lenders from Purchasers / Vendors and by Insurance Companies from Block Managers.

They need to be pre-paid. We can withhold issuing one to enable Class 1 or Class 2 faults to be remedied so that the result is “Satisfactory”. Check the issuer is registered or it may be worthless!
